Kula Gold Limited announced that effective December 23, 2025, Mr. David Geraghty and Mr. Brett Hodgins have been appointed as directors of the Company. Mr. Geraghty is a qualified metallurgical engineer with a proven track record in driving strategic growth and operational discipline. Mr. Geraghty brings valuable project development and operational knowledge to the team, with 30 years of experience, including 21 years at Mineral Resources Ltd. Mr. Hodgins is a senior mining professional with more than 25 years of operational, technical and corporate experience across Australia and internationally, spanning iron ore, gold, copper and coal.

Mr. Geraghty is currently the Executive Chairman and Mr. Hodgins is the Technical Director of Forrestania Resources Limited. The Company also announced that Mr. Mark Bojanjac has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company, effective immediately. These changes reflect the transition of control to Forrestania Resources Limited and align the governance of the Company with its new ownership structure, and pursuant to the bid implementation agreement announced October 15, 2025.

The appointments ensure continuity of leadership and oversight as the combined group advances its exploration and development strategy.

Kula Gold Limited is an Australian mineral exploration company engaged in the discovery of new mineral deposits in Western Australia (WA). The Company is advancing projects within the WA goldfields at the Mt Palmer Gold Project at Marvel Loch Southern Cross, the Southwest region of WA for Lithium and Gold at Kirup and Brunswick - near the Greenbushes Lithium Mine, as well as Lithium at the Taliah-Nadia-Sasha Prospects at Southern Cross, and Gold and PGE at Westonia. The Brunswick Lithium Project (ELA70/5513 5545 5599 5660 5703) covers approximately 300 square kilometers (km2) and is located between the towns of Donnybrook and Brunswick Junction, over 150 kilometers (km) south of Perth, Western Australia. It also holds a 75% interest in Wozi Niobium Project through a joint venture. The Wozi Niobium Project is located in Malawi, 225km north of the capital Lilongwe. The exploration license comprises APL0630 covering a total area of approximately 5.52km2.
