KPI Green Energy Limited has approved the appointment of Mr. Krunal Bhatt as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from April 2, 2026, in place of Ms. Rajvi Upadhyay, who will continue to be associated with the Company in another capacity. Mr. Krunal Bhatt is a qualified Company Secretary and legal professional with over 19 years of extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory functions across leading listed companies. He possesses strong expertise in SEBI regulations, Companies Act compliance, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
He also brings significant experience in overseeing RBI regulatory compliances, ESG initiatives, legal and IPR matters as part of overall professional experience. He is presently associated with KPI Green Energy Limited (part of KP Group) in a leadership role, overseeing corporate governance, secretarial compliances, and board processes at the Group level. Prior to joining KPI Green Energy Limited, he was associated with Arvind Limited as Company Secretary.
Earlier in his career, he has worked with reputed listed companies such as Astral Limited and Adani Power Limited, where he made significant contributions in the areas of corporate governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, capital market transactions, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Bhatt is a commerce & law graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) holding membership No. A20162.
Ms. Rajvi Upadhyay will be moving into a new role within the Company and will accordingly hand over her responsibilities as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective April 2, 2026.
