Korea Investment Private Equity and Stick Alternative Asset Management agreed to acquire 49% stake in Ulsan GPS Corporation from SK Gas Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A018670) for KRW 1.22 trillion on January 31, 2026. A cash consideration of KRW 1.22 trillion will be paid by Korea Investment Private Equity and Stick Alternative Asset Management. As part of consideration, KRW 1.22 trillion is paid towards common equity of Ulsan GPS Corporation. As part of acquisition, 33,801,180 shares will be acquired.
The expected completion of the transaction is May 29, 2026.
SK Gas Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the import and sale of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The Company is principally engaged in the import and sale of LPG for transport, petrochemical, industrial, household and commercial purposes.
