Paszkiewicz intends to implement modern management tools while leaning on the company's historical strengths. Mining and metallurgical traditions are the foundation of KGHM. He intends to focus on strengthening corporate governance within the Capital Group and improving the efficiency of operations, both in Poland and abroad.
