KGHM Polska Miedz S.A. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was PLN 11,872 million compared to PLN 8,942 million a year ago. Net income was PLN 3,529 million compared to PLN 330 million a year ago.
