(Reuters) -Beverage maker Keurig Dr Pepper on Tuesday appointed Anthony DiSilvestro as the company's chief financial officer, effective immediately, replacing outgoing CFO Sudhanshu Priyadarshi.
DiSilvestro left as finance chief of toymaker Mattel in May 2025, after joining the company in 2020. He previously served as CFO at Campbell Soup Co from 2014 to 2019.
George Lagoudakis will take on the role of deputy CFO, the soft drinks maker said.
The company last month lifted its forecast for annual sales.
Keurig Dr Pepper had announced the acquisition of JDE Peet's for about $18 billion in August, along with plans to split the merged entity's coffee operations and other beverage businesses, including Dr Pepper sodas, into two publicly traded companies.

Currently, Anthony P. DiSilvestro occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer for Mattel, Inc. Mr. DiSilvestro is also Vice President-Finance for Campbell International, Inc.
In the past Mr. DiSilvestro was Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President at Campbell Soup Co. and Finance Director at Scott Paper Co.
He received an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is is a leading producer of non-alcoholic beverages in North America. The group markets hot drinks, soft drinks, flavoured water, fruit juices, concentrated and syrups. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- refreshment beverages (60.8%): Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, A&W, 7UP, Sunkist, Squirt, Big Red, RC Cola, Vernors, Snapple, Mott's, Bai, Hawaiian Punch, Clamato, Yoo-Hoo, Core, ReaLemon, evian, Vita Coco, Mr and Mrs T mixers and other brands ;
- coffee (25.8%): Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, The Original Donut Shop, McCafé, Laughing Man, REVV and Van Houtte brands. In addition, the group offers coffee machines and accessories;
- beverage concentrates (13.4%): Peñafiel, Clamato, Squirt, Canada Dry, Dr Pepper, Mott's and Crush brands.
At the end of 2024, the group had 30 manufacturing sites located mainly in the United States (24).
The United States account for 87.1% of net sales.
