Finnish charging equipment company Kempower has appointed Calle Loikkanen as its new Head of Investor Relations and M&A, effective March 2. The announcement was made in a press release.
He will be responsible for the company's IR activities, further developing financial communications, as well as relationships with the capital markets, and will report to CFO Jukka Kainulainen.
Loikkanen most recently worked at Danske Bank as a senior equity analyst, and has previously held leading IR roles at Huhtamäki and Valmet.
Kempower Oyj is a Finland-based manufacturer and provider of electric vehicle (EV) fast charging equipment and solutions. The Company designs, manufactures and sells direct current (DC) fast charging devices, solutions and services for EVs, such as personal and commercial vehicles, mobile off highway machinery and electric marine vessels and boats.
