Finnish engineering firm Kalmar has secured an order from the Dutch company C. Steinweg for two electric reachstackers, according to a press release. The order was booked during the second quarter of this year, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of next year.

The deal also includes a Kalmar Care service agreement, MyKalmar Insight subscriptions, and support for genuine spare parts.

The machines are intended for use at Steinweg's breakbulk and multi-purpose terminals.

Steinweg highlighted the reliability of the products and the companies' approximately 40-year partnership as the primary reasons for the investment.
