Finnish engineering group Kalmar is launching the TT7 EV, its fully electric terminal tractor, on the European market. The sales launch will take place during the TOC Europe trade fair in Hamburg on May 19-21.
'The Kalmar TT7 EV is a direct response to our European customers who have been waiting for a zero-emission version of our latest terminal tractor platform. We have focused on combining the practical robustness of the TT7 series with a sustainable powertrain. It is a reliable and efficient solution for those looking to reduce their carbon footprint without compromising on the power and visibility required in daily operations', says Thor Brenden, Head of Terminal Tractors at Kalmar.
The model is based on the new TT7 platform and has been developed for ports, terminals, and logistics operations requiring zero-emission solutions.
