JK Paper Limited informed that the Board, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held on 3 November 2025, has approved inclusion of Shri Ninad Mukund Gadgil, Chief Executive Officer-Packaging Business, effective from this day 3 November 2025. Shri Ninad Mukund Gadgil, aged 54, holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Bombay. Prior to joining JK Paper Limited, he was working with the Murugappa Group, where he served for over five years.
During his tenure, he was President at Carborundum Universal Limited, managing the abrasives business, and later Executive Director & CEO at Wendt (lndia) Limited, overseeing operations in lndia and Thailand. Before this, Shri Gadgil spent over two decades with 3M lndia, taking on strategic roles in Sales, Marketing, and New Product Development, across both B2B and B2C domains. His last role there was Country Business Leader - Healthcare Division.
