JK Paper Limited informs that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on May 18, 2026, has approved inclusion of Shri Rajat Yadav, Head-Digital & IT, in Senior Management of the Company, effective from this day i.e., May 18, 2026. Shri Rajat Yadav aged 43 Years, completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow in 2004 and a post Graduate Diploma in Management from MDI, Gurgaon in 2013. Most recently, he served as Head - IT at JCB India, where he was a member of the Executive Management committee.
He led enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy across manufacturing plants and regional operations, driving large-scale initiatives including MES, Industrial IoT-enabled performance management, private 5G deployment, AI-led transformation programs, and enterprise governance strengthening. Earlier, at CNH Industrial India, he modernized enterprise systems, rolled out a large-scale DMS, implemented advanced analytics platforms, and delivered significant cost optimization. He has also held leadership roles at Diageo India, Reckitt Benckiser, Microsoft India, and Wipro Limited.
