The Board of Directors of Jai Corp. Limited at its meeting held on July 26, 2025 declared a special interim dividend on INR 5.00 per share on 17,55,04,995 fully paid-up equity shares of face value INR 1/- each for the financial year 2025-2026 to be paid to the shareholders holding equity shares of the Company on the record date 1 August 2025. No special interim dividend was recommended on the 44,600 equity shares forfeited but not cancelled or re-issued.
