ISA Holdings Limited that Mr. Elia Tsouros has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of ISA with effect from 28 October 2025. Elia holds a BCom Honors Degree (accounting and commerce) through Unisa, and other certifications in leadership and commercial. With over 30 years' experience in the ICT sector, he currently provides strategic advisory and execution support to clients in digital infrastructure, fintech integration, and telecom transformation.
He served in various roles at MTN's Enterprise Business Unit which included two years as acting executive for Group Enterprise before returning as Executive for Global Sales, Wholesale, Central Roaming and Partnerships for the Group. His last appointment with the MTN Group was Managing Director for MTN Botswana & Namibia. Prior to this, he was the Chief Sales Executive at Verizon Africa.
