Philip Spoerlé, Deirdre Ni Annrachain, Andrea Giger, Adrian Koller, and Thomas Hochstrasser from Niederer Kraft Frey Ltd acted as legal advisor for Investment Holding Ltd.
Remgro Limited is a holding company organised around 7 areas of activity:
