(Alliance News) - Interpump Group Spa announced on Monday that it acquired 54,000 of its own ordinary shares between May 4 and May 8.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR35.6215, for a total consideration of over EUR1.9 million.

Following these transactions, the company holds 3.8 million treasury shares, representing 3.5% of its share capital.

Interpump Group shares were down 0.8% at EUR35.86 per share.
