InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology Holding Co., Ltd. announced that on December 03, 2025, it has reached a strategic cooperation with onsemi to jointly accelerate the application and deployment of the GaN industry by adopting the Company's proven 8-inch GaN-on-silicon process. This strategic cooperation will, through means such as wafer procurement, integrate InnoScience's proven and advanced GaN manufacturing capabilities with onsemi's experience and advantages in fields such as system packaging and integration, to accelerate the rapid implementation of GaN in fields such as new energy vehicles, artificial intelligence, data centers, and industry. This strategic cooperation is expected to bring hundreds of millions of US dollars in GaN sales for the Company in the coming years and provide a first-mover advantage for both parties in market development and deployment in the aforementioned key areas.
