Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited at its First Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 2026, held on 23 April 2026, approved profit distribution plan as final ordinary cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 of RMB 1.689 per 10 share (pre-tax). The dividend for H shares is expected to be paid on 16 June 2026, and the dividend for A shares is expected to be paid on 13 May 2026 with record date of 12 May 2026 and ex-dividend date of 04 May 2026.
