The Board of Directors of the Company's meeting held on April 20, 2026.Mr. Abhishek Pareek is dynamic professional; he is a Chartered Accountant and is having experience of 18 + years' experience in banking, trade finance, Budgeting, financial analysis, forex and treasury management; He is also Chief Financial Officer of Waaree Energies Limited; He has been associated with Waaree Group since 2017 and is currently responsible for overseeing finance functions of the Company, its subsidiaries and other companies within the group; He was previously associated with Shubhalakshmi Polyesters Limited as chief financial officer and with Bothra Metals & Alloys Limited; He is also director Waaree Transpower Private Limited and Waaree Smart Meters Private Limited; The Board is of the opinion that his expertise would be of significant benefit to the Company and would contribute valuable insights.
