Feb 4 (Reuters) - Yes Bank said that the Reserve Bank of India on Tuesday approved the appointment of Vinay Muralidhar Tonse as the private lender's MD and CEO for a period of 3 years.

Tonse was managing director (retail business and operations) of State Bank of India till November 30, 2025.
