ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited announced that Mr. Deepak Kinger, Chief Risk & Governance Officer, shall be transitioning to a new role within ICICI Group and his resignation shall be effective from end of day on December 7, 2025. Mr. Anand Desai had been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer on July 24, 2024, as per IRDAI (Corporate Governance for Insurers) Regulations, 2024 read with Master Circular on Corporate Governance for Insurers, 2024 (IRDAI CG Regulations) and shall be re-designated as Chief Risk Officer effective December 8, 2025. Mr. Manish Bhandari has been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer for a period of three years effective from December 8, 2025.
Mr. Anand Desai is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Desai has an overall experience of 20 years in the areas of Financial Accounting, Controls, and Investment Operations (back-office). Mr. Manish Bhandari holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune along with a Masters in Finance and Control from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
Mr. Bhandari has an overall experience of 27 years and has worked across functions in ICICI Bank covering retail banking, business development & sales, branch banking process & customers service and business compliance functions. The Board of Directors approved these changes through a resolution passed by circulation on December 5, 2025.
