ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited at the Board Meeting held on October 14, 2025 approved declaration and payment of interim dividend of INR 6.50 per equity share at the rate of 65.0% of face value of INR 10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on October 23, 2025, being record date fixed for this purpose. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on or before November 12, 2025, subject to deduction of tax at source at applicable rate.
