Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited reported that Shri Rajneesh Narang, CFO of the Company has superannuated from the services on May 31, 2026 and hence ceased to be a Director & CFO with effect from June 01, 2026. Consequent to superannuation of Shri Rajneesh Narang, Director ? Finance and CFO, from the services of the Corporation, Shri K Vinod, Executive Director - Corporate Finance & Additional Charge of Treasury of the Company has been appointed as CFO with effect from June 01, 2026.
Shri K Vinod is a Chartered Accountant and has held Senior Positions in the Company and handled various areas of Finance covering Refinery Finance, Corporate Strategy & Planning, International Trade, Oil Price Risk Management, Integrated Margin Management, SBU Commercial, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Pricing etc. and has over three decades of experience. Shri K Vinod was earlier appointed as CFO of the Company for the period from September 11, 2024 to March 26, 2025.
