Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited reported that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas vide letter Ref. CA-31017/1/2026-CA-PNG (56131) dated May 29, 2026 has conveyed that the Competent Authority has approved the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director-Finance to Shri K S Shetty, Director - Human Resources, for a period of three months w.e.f. June 01, 2026 or till the appointment of regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Accordingly, Shri K S Shetty has assumed the additional charge of the post of Director ?

Finance effective June 01, 2026. Consequent to superannuation of Shri Rajneesh Narang, Director ­ Finance from services of the Corporation on May 31, 2026, Shri K Vinod, Executive Director - Corporate Finance & Additional Charge of Treasury of the Company has been appointed as CFO with effect from June 01, 2026. Shri K Vinod is a Chartered Accountant and has held Senior Positions in the Company and handled various areas of Finance covering Refinery Finance, Corporate Strategy & Planning, International Trade, Oil Price Risk Management, Integrated Margin Management, SBU Commercial, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Pricing etc.

and has over three decades of experience. Shri K Vinod was earlier appointed as CFO of the Company for the period from September 11, 2024 to March 26, 2025.
