Investment company Hilbert Group is launching the business vertical Hilbert Finance, based on the Nordark platform that the company previously acquired. That is according to a press release.

The operation will focus on institutional crypto lending, financial infrastructure and future licensed financial services, complementing the group's asset management.

The shift will be carried out gradually over the coming months without affecting existing customers.
