Mr. Reshu Madan has joined Havells as President & SBU Head, bringing nearly three decades of proven leadership in driving transformation, steering P&L, and accelerating growth across diverse industries. Prior to Havells, Mr. Madan served as Whole Time Director & CEO at Sterlite Electric Limited, where he established market leadership in the EHV segment and championed innovation through strategic technology partnerships.
Earlier, as Head ? EPC Business at TBEA Energy, he successfully led large-scale turnkey projects and expanded market presence through strategic alliances. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Sudhir Gensets Limited as Director (EP & EPC) and a distinguished tenure at Crompton Greaves Limited, where he advanced from Marketing Executive to Business Unit Head ?
Engineering Projects Division. Mr. Madan holds a Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharti Vidya Peeth College of Engineering, Pune, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
