Gulf Development Public Company Limited informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that, on May 8, 2026, the Company established Gulf Edge Data Center 02 Company Limited, a company incorporated in Thailand with a registered capital of THB 1 million. Gulf Edge Data Center 02 Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gulf Edge Company Limited through Gulf Edge Data Center Company Limited, resulting in the Company indirectly holding a 100% stake in Gulf Edge Data Center 02 Company Limited. Gulf Edge Data Center 02 Company Limited was established with the objective of preparing for the development and operation of data center businesses, as well as other related businesses, in order to support the future growth of the Company?s digital business group.
Currently, the Group operates a total of three data center projects. These include the GSA01 project, with a maximum service capacity of up to 25.6 megawatts (in which the Company indirectly holds a 40% stake), located in Samut Prakan Province and has been in commercial operation since the second quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, the GSA02 project, with a maximum service capacity of 38.1 MW (in which the Company indirectly holds a 40% stake), is located in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi Province and is currently under construction, with commercial operations scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2027.
In addition, the GEDC01 project, a data center project with a maximum service capacity of 100 MW (in which the Company indirectly holds a 70% stake) located in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Rayong Province, is currently under construction, with commercial operations scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2027. These projects are in line with the Company?s investment policy in data center infrastructure. The aforementioned transaction size is not classified as a transaction under the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No.
Tor Chor. 20/2008 regarding Rules on Entering into Material Transactions Deemed as Acquisition or Disposal of Assets. However, the Company is required to disclose the aforementioned information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand in accordance with the Regulation of the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding Rules, Conditions and Procedures of Information Disclosure and Practices of Listed Company.
