Gujarat State Petronet Limited has appointed Shri Sandeep Kumar, IAS (DIN: 06576903) as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company effective from January 28, 2026. Shri Sandeep Kumar, IAS is a senior officer of the All India Services (AIS) cadre with more than 20 years of experience in public administration. He is currently serving as Secretary (Economic Affairs), Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
He has earlier served in the Agriculture Department, Home Department and various other departments of Government of Gujarat, and has held key leadership positions in the power sector. His areas of experience include urban development, law & order, energy and power distribution, land revenue administration, district administration, and rural development. Shri Sandeep Kumar, IAS (DIN: 06576903) is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
Shri Sandeep Kumar, IAS is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
