The Company's subsidiaries include GSPL India Gasnet Limited (GIGL), GSPL India Transco Limited (GITL), and Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL). GIGL is engaged in the development of the Mehsana - Bhatinda and Bhatinda - Gurdaspur Pipeline Projects. GITL is engaged in the development of the Mallavaram - Bhopal - Bhilwara - Vijaipur Pipeline Project. GGL is engaged in the business of city gas distribution with a presence spread across 44 districts in the State of Gujarat, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
