Goldman Sachs Securities Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 5.14% stake in Kokusai Electric Corporation (TSE:6525) from Applied Materials Europe BV on February 2, 2026. After the acquisition Applied Materials Europe BV will own 5.08% stake in Kokusai Electric Corporation.
The expected completion of the transaction is February 3, 2026.
