Gillette India Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Rohini Laya Venkateswaran as Executive Director. Venkateswaran currently serves as Chief Sales Officer for the Indian Sub-Continent at Procter & Gamble, where she has held several leadership roles over a long tenure with the organisation.
Over the years, she has led sales strategy, planning, and commercial leadership across multiple categories including skin care, personal care, and home care. Her previous leadership roles at Procter & Gamble include Vice President and Country Manager for the East Gulf markets covering Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar, alongside responsibilities for sales strategy across the Gulf region including the UAE. She has also led sales strategy and planning for the Indian Sub-Continent and served as marketing leader for brands such as Olay and Old Spice in India.
With extensive experience in sales leadership and strategy across multiple international markets, Venkateswaran will now take on the additional responsibility of serving as Executive Director at Gillette India.
