Gillette India Limited informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2026 inter alia, have declared dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 of one-time special dividend of INR 60 per Equity Share. The dividend shall be paid on or before February 26, 2026. The Company has fixed the record date for the purpose of eligibility for payment of said Interim Dividend shall be February 4, 2026.
