Gillette India Limited announced that Mr. Srinivas Maruthi Patnam, the Company's head of Human Resources, is leaving the Company to pursue other interests, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Robin Thadathil will be appointed as the Company's head of Human Resources, effective April 1, 2026. Robin brings with him more than 16 years of experience in P&G HR in various markets across the globe, including Singapore, US and Southeast Asia.
His experience also spans diverse roles, ranging from Commercial Teams, Manufacturing Plant and Country HR roles, delivering outstanding results for several important P&G businesses. In his most recent stint, Robin has been leading Human Resources for the Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam business, along with serving as the Regional HR leader for Olay and the HR leader for Singapore office. Robin joined P&G in 2010, and has since honed his leadership style to combine strategic thinking with deep empathy, enabling him to turn around organizations, foster inclusive workplaces, and consistently deliver sustainable growth.
Robin holds a Master?s degree in International Political Economy from S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Singapore as well as a Bachelor?s degree in Computer Engineering and Business Studies.
