GIC Pte (GIC Private Limited) and Mubadala Investment Co. (Mubadala Investment Company PJSC) are in discussions to join KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE:KKR) and Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SGX:Z74) in a potential acquisition of data center operator ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Pte, sources said.

The deal could value STT GDC at over USD 10 billion, including debt, and may be announced soon. KKR and Singtel are also in talks with banks for a SGD 5 billion (USD 3.9 billion) loan to support the transaction. KKR and Singtel are existing investors, having acquired a minority stake in STT GDC in 2025.
