Gabion Technologies India Limited made a consolidated disclosure of work/supply orders received during the period from February 22, 2026 to February 28, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. During the aforesaid period, the Company received multiple orders from various customers in the ordinary course of business. The aggregate order value is approximately INR 53.10287 million, inclusive of applicable GST.

The nature of orders is supply orders for gabion boxes and rockfall netting, received in the ordinary course of business, as per respective contract/Letter of Award (LOA) terms. The execution period is as per respective contract/Letter of Award (LOA) terms. Shalimar Corp. Limited (Domestic-Private) has issued a domestic order for Slope Protection Work valued at INR 1,50,80,400.00 (including GST) with an execution/delivery period up to 15 April 2026, and the date of LOA is 24 February 2026. H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (Domestic-Private) has also awarded a domestic order for Slope Protection Work amounting to INR 2,93,70,738.08 (including GST) with delivery as per LOA, dated 24 February 2026.

JSW Energy (Utkal) Limited (Domestic-Private) has placed a domestic order for Technical Supervision of Ash/Soil Filling worth INR 8,26,000.00 (including GST) with completion by 20 September 2026, and the LOA date is 24 February 2026. SPS Construction India Private Limited (Domestic-Private) issued a domestic order for Supply of Gabion valued at INR 7,80,122.00 (including GST) with delivery within 10 days from the date of issue of P.O, dated 25 February 2026. Sernyel Zekhil Company Private Limited (Export-Private) placed two export orders for Supply of Gabion, valued at INR 5,95,870.00 and INR 4,88,900.00 (including GST) respectively, both with delivery as per LOA and LOA date 25 February 2026.

RTS Buildcon India Private Limited (Domestic-Private) issued a domestic order for Supply of Gabion worth INR 9,60,000.00 (including GST) with delivery as per LOA, dated 26 February 2026. XWAYS Enterprise Private Limited (Domestic-Private) awarded a domestic order for Supply of Rockfall Netting valued at INR 42,69,240.00 (including GST) with delivery by 31 March 2026, dated 28 February 2026. J Infratech Limited (Domestic-Private) issued a domestic order for Supply of Gabion amounting to INR 7,31,600.00 (including GST) with delivery as per site requirement, and the LOA date is 26 February 2026.
