Focused Photonics (Hangzhou), Inc. (SZSE:300203) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 150 million worth of its class A shares. The shares will be purchased at a price not exceeding CNY 29.50 per share.
The repurchase program will be funded from company's own funds and self-financing. The repurchase program Shares not used within 3 years after the completion of the repurchase will be cancelled. The repurchased shares will be used for ESOP or equity incentive plan.
The repurchase program is valid for a period of 12 months.
