As part of the growing Experian Verify portfolio, the solution integrates a conversational AI agent and secure employer facing online form with Experian?s existing call center to help reduce manual verification efforts, improve turnaround times and deliver a more efficient employment verification experience. This additional offering complements the existing services and grows coverage to nearly 100% of the US working population.

Experian Verify for research verification combines human expertise with intelligent technology to complete employment verifications more efficiently. While each verification process is initiated by the Experian call center, the new solution offers employers more convenient ways to complete the verification of income and employment, including a secure online form or a conversational AI agent that guides them through the process. Once the information is collected, a comprehensive income and employment verification statement is automatically generated and delivered to the client.
