Evercore announced that Ashish Varshneya has joined the firm as a senior managing director in the healthcare investment banking group, focused on healthcare technology. Mr. Varshneya joins Evercore with nearly two decades of healthcare technology investment banking experience. Most recently, he served as a managing director at TripleTree, where he specialized in healthcare technology, focusing on platforms serving the payer, provider and employer markets.
Before that, he served as a director of healthcare investment banking at Citigroup. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate development at The TriZetto Group (acquired by Cognizant).
