eMedia Holdings Limited announced appointment of Mr. H.J. Carse ("Hein") to the board of eMedia as an independent non-executive director. Hein joined Rupert International in 1996 and continued to serve the Remgro Limited ("Remgro") group in the capacity of an Investment Executive of VenFin Limited until November 2009, from where he then served as an Investment Executive of Remgro and served on various boards in which Remgro held an investment. Hein served as a director of eMedia Investments (Pty) Limited from September 2007 representing Remgro.
He has gained extensive knowledge through holding positions on various boards and committees during his career.
