A cash consideration valued at INR 102.67 per share will be paid by Elitecon International Limited. Elitecon International limited plans to acquire 100% Equity stake in Landsmill Agro Private Limited within a period of 12 months. In a separate transaction Elitecon International Limited acquired 51.65% stake in Sunbridge Agro Private Limited for INR 1.28 billion.
