Dorjilung Hydro Power Limited announced that it will issue equity shares for the gross proceeds of approximately INR 15,720 million on March 9, 2026. The transaction included participation from new investor Tata Power Company Limited for 40% stake in the company.

On the same date, the company has issued 5,000,000 equity shares of INR 100 per equity share for the gross proceeds of INR 500 million.
