Cyient Limited announced that Ms. Matangi Gowrishankar (DIN: 01518137), has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of the Company, effective 22 January 2026. Consequently, she will cease to be Chairperson of Leadership, Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and also step down from the Boards of Cyient Inc. and Cyient Europe Limited which are material subsidiaries of the company.
