Coromandel International Limited approved the redesignation of Mr. Narayanan Vellayan, Whole Time Director ? Strategic Sourcing as Executive Director ? Nutrient Business.

Pursuant to organizational changes, effective April 20, 2026, all other terms and conditions of his appointment, as approved by the shareholders on June 11, 2024, shall continue to remain in full force and effect. Coromandel International Limited noted the change in Senior Management Personnel of the Company, pursuant to organizational changes, effective April 20, 2026. Mr. Madhab Adhikari is the Sr. Vice President and Head of Sales & Marketing for Fertilisers and SSP at Coromandel International Limited.

With over two decades of experience in the agri-input sector, he has driven major innovations in fertilizer technology and agricultural practices. Joining Coromandel as a Management Trainee in 2003, he has held diverse operational, marketing, strategic and leadership roles. He previously led the Specialty Nutrients and Organic Business, spearheading growth in specialty and organic fertilisers.

He currently also leads the Nano fertiliser business and drone-based agricultural spraying services. His academic credentials include a PG Diploma in Agri-Business Management from National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Post graduate degree in Agriculture from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) and UG from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKVV). He has also completed a Senior Executive Leadership programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford and attended other executive leadership programmes at ISB, and IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Avinash Thakur is the Vice President and Business Head of Specialty Nutrients and Organic Business at Coromandel International Limited. An agri-professional with an MBA, he has further strengthened his leadership capabilities through programs at Harvard and ISB. With 25 years of experience, he has led Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, and P&L management across diverse agri and allied sectors.

He began his career as a Management Trainee at EID Parry and gained expertise in plant protection chemicals, fertilizers, specialty nutrients, micro-irrigation, protected cultivation, polymers, and filtration. Mr. Thakur is also a recognised industry speaker, having addressed forums such as CII, FICCI, Chhatra Sansad, Vibrant Business Summit, IIM, and Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Of Administration. Mr. G. Babu is the Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Business at Coromandel International Limited.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has been associated with the Murugappa Group for over 30 years in key finance and business leadership roles. He began his career with Tube Investments of India Ltd., where he contributed significantly to finance functions. For 17 years, he served as Head of Finance for TI Cycles and TI Diamond Chains, strengthening financial operations.

He later became Head of Corporate Finance at Tube Investments, leading critical financial strategies and governance initiatives. He then moved to Chola Investments and Finance Company Ltd. as National Head of Branch Audit and Procurement, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Mr. Babu joined Coromandel in April 2021 as Head of Finance ?

Retail Business and was elevated on June 1, 2023 to lead the entire Retail Business, driving growth and operational excellence. Mr. Saurabh Kumar Jain, Senior AVP & Head ? Procurement, Crop Protection Business has around 23 years of work experience across Manufacturing, Automotive and ITES Industries.

Saurabh has completed PGDM from IIM, Calcutta and Business analytics degree from Northwestern University ? Kellogg School of Management, etc. Over the years, he has set up, strengthened and revamped end-to-end F&A Departments, led the finance and commercial function for business units and successfully delivered on the organization?s business objectives and goals.

Mr. Vishal Sharma is Head ? Corporate Affairs. Mr. Vishal Sharma has Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from MDI, Gurgaon.

He holds a Masters in Strategy & International Relations from Madras University and also has a BTech from JNU. Mr. Vishal has cross-sectoral leadership experience in Corporate affairs, Corporate sustainability, Public Affairs, Public policy, Government relations, Corporate citizenship, thematic advocacy /strategic communication and building Public-Private Partnerships. Mr. Vishal?s work experience includes working in Ministry of Defence under Govt.

of India, RK Foodland & Boxco Logistics, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Dalmia Bharat Group and Sterlite Power & Serentica Renewables. Mr. Bharat Chaba, Vice President ? Strategic Initiatives, resigned from his position.

He is to be relieved from the services effective closing hours of April 24, 2026. The Board of Directors at their meeting held noted the change in senior management personnel (SMP) of the company. A copy of the resignation letter pertaining to the SMP mentioned above is enclosed.

Mr. Roshan Mammen, Vice President ? Business Head ? Nano Fertilisers, ceased from being a SMP due to organizational changes, effective March 30, 2026.
