Coromandel International Limited announced that Mr. Natarajan Srinivasan (DIN:00123338) through his letter dated December 20, 2025, has communicated the cessation of his office from the position of Whole- time Director Executive Vice Chairman and from being the Director on the Board of the Company effective 20th December, 2025 pursuant to discontinuation of the employment contract by mutual consent between him and the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the same.
