Real estate company Corem Property has extended its lease agreement with telecommunications giant Ericsson for premises located at Torshamnsgatan 21 in Kista, Stockholm, according to a press release.
The agreement extends the current lease for 39,000 square meters, including garage space within the Isafjord 4 property, until September 30, 2030. The premises comprise offices, conference facilities, assembly and service areas, as well as laboratories.
Ericsson has been a tenant at this address since 2012, when the building was constructed and customized for Ericsson's operations.
Recently, there has been media speculation regarding whether Ericsson would renew its lease with Corem in Kista. This extension now confirms those speculations.
