China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited has resolved to recommend the payment of a final dividend of 1 HK cent per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2024: Nil). Subject to shareholders' approval with regard to the proposed payment of the final dividend at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on, 28 May 2026, the proposed dividends are expected to be paid on, 30 June 2026. For the purposes of ascertaining shareholders' entitlement to the proposed final dividend, the Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 4 June 2026 to 8 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).
In order to qualify for the proposed final dividend, all transfers accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on 3 June 2026.
