The board of directors of China Railway Group Limited (Company) announced that Mr. WANG Shiqi (Mr. Wang) has tendered his resignation as an executive director and a member of the Safety, Health and Environmental Protection Committee of the Board (the "SHEPC") with effect from 2 March 2026 due to his retirement. Upon his resignation, Mr. Wang will no longer hold any position in the company.
