China National Building Material Company Limited received the written resignation of Ms. Yu Yuehua on October 22, 2025. Ms. Yu resigned as a staff representative supervisor of the Company with effect from October 22, 2025 due to work adjustment. In accordance with provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the resignation of Ms. Yu did not result in the number of supervisors falling below the statutory minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the Supervisory Committee.
Ms. Yu has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the board of directors of the Company and the Supervisory Committee and that there is no matter in respect of her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
