The board of directors of China National Building Material Company Limited hereby announces that, due to work adjustments, Ms. Pei Hongyan has resigned as the secretary of the Board and the joint company secretary of the Company and ceased to serve as an authorised representative of the Company with effect from 30 March 2026. Ms. Pei has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, Mr. Chung Ming Fai (formerly the joint company secretary of the Company) will continue to serve as the company secretary of the Company.

Following Ms. Pei's resignation, the Board announces that Ms. Miao Xiaoling ("Ms. Miao") has been appointed as the secretary of the Board for the fifth session of the Board and an Authorised Representative with effect from 30 March 2026. Mr. Zhou Yuxian will continue to serve as the other Authorised Representative.
