The board of directorsof China National Building Material Company Limited announced that Ms. Lee Mei Yi ("Ms. Lee") will cease to serve as a joint company secretary of the Company (the "Joint Company Secretary") and the process agent of the Company with effect from 1 August 2025. Following the cessation of office of Ms. Lee, the Board announced that Mr. Chung Ming Fai ("Mr. Chung") has been appointed as a Joint Company Secretary and the Process Agent with effect from 1 August 2025. Upon the aforementioned changes, Ms. Pei Hongyan ("Ms. Pei") will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
Mr. Chung, aged 46, has over 20 years of experience in corporate secretary, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and auditing. Mr. Chung is currently a senior vice president of SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, primarily responsible for managing the company secretarial and compliance work for companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Mr. Chung is currently a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of CPA Australia.
He obtained a bachelor's degree in commerce from the Australian National University in December 2003.
