The Board of Directors of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Sun Yunfei, a non-executive director of the Company. Due to his age, Mr. Sun Yunfei tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors of the Company as a non-executive director and a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee of the Board of Directors. The resignation of Mr. Sun Yunfei shall take effect from 30 December 2025.
